Customer Service Centre


Our Customer Service Centre will provide you with comprehensive and technical support on a national basis with after hours and weekend service available.

Servicing of your machine is done by our factory trained technicians and can be done at our service centres in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane or we can come to you.

All service and repairs are done to high standards maintained by our service team. With more than 50 years experience between them, we can be certain that after service, your machine will operate at its' optimum performance ensuring the end product is at its best.

We look forward to providing you with all your coffee, equipment and servicing needs.

1. Replacement of service parts

2. Cleaning of water lines

3. De-scaling boilers

4. Water quality testing Safety inspection including electrical tagging
